Automotive Parts Interpreter and SalespersonSunshine Coast 4WD Wreckers' is seeking a full time Automotive Parts Interpreter and Salesperson to join our friendly team in Yandina, QLD.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and help our clients find the right parts for their vehicles.What you'll be doingAssisting customers in person, over the phone and via email to identify the correct parts for their vehicle.Interpreting vehicle specifications and part numbers to source the required items from our extensive inventory and our Australia wide database.Processing sales transactions and organising deliveries or in-store pickups.Maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying opportunities to replenish high-demand parts.Providing advice and recommendations to customers on the best products for their needs.Supporting the team with general workshop duties as required.What we're looking forPassion for the automotive industry and an understanding of 4WD parts.Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide advice in a friendly, approachable manner.Strong problem-solving and attention to detail to accurately identify parts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and the team.Experience in a parts sales or automotive retail environment would be highly regarded.What we offerWe offer competitive remuneration, opportunities for career advancement.About usSunshine Coast 4WD Wreckers' has been a trusted provider of high-quality 4WD parts and accessories for over 10 years.
