Casual evening supervisor positions have become available at Nambour Cinema.
Successful candidates will be available to work evenings during peak periods.
This includes Thursday through to Sunday, including public & school holidays.
Candidates need to have at minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
*****+ hours a week of work available.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Leading a team on evening shifts along with barista & bar work.
Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries and concerns.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and workplace safety throughout the cinema complex.
Coordinate and support private events, group bookings and special functions.
This role is very physical and does require lifting and cleaning.
To be successful in this role you will have:
An RSA
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The ability to motivate, coach & lead a team.
Positive computer literacy & administrative skills.
A positive, hands-on approach & willingness to lead by example.
Flexibility to work on a casual roster, including evenings, weekends & public holidays.
