This is an exciting opportunity to join Stone Ambassador, a leading provider of premium decorative surfaces, as a Showroom Consultant/Administrator in our Prestons showroom.This full-time role combines exceptional customer service with administrative support, helping drive the success of our New South Wales operations.What you'll be doingProviding outstanding customer service to trade & retail clients, including guiding them through the selection and purchase of our productsHandling all administrative tasks related to showroom operations.Supporting the sales team by following up on leads and helping to develop new business opportunitiesEnsuring the showroom is well-maintained and presented to the highest standardsContributing to the overall growth and development of the New South Wales businessWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a similar customer service or administrative role, preferably within the home design or construction industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clientsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail,
