Reporting to the GM of People & Culture, this role will be based in Wacol and will support the HR function across the full Norcliffe business.What you'll be doingManage candidate recruitment and selection including both the advertising and interview process with the support of hiring managersOnboard new employees including coordinating medicals, national crime checks, online inductions, payroll forms and employee uniformsGenerate and issue letters of offer and contracts of employmentSupport employee transfers between sitesMaintain registers, and computer systems with HR related dataContribute to HR projectsContribute to the development and improvement of HR forms, presentations,



policies and proceduresProvide training and support to managers and staff on HR administrative processes promoting a strong continuous improvement cultureWhat we're looking forRelevant certificate in a HR related field would be highly regarded, but not essential.Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in an administration role, preferably in a HR function within the mining or resources sectorDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelCommitment to promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvementWhat we offerAt Norcliffe Mining Services, we are committed to the wellbeing and professional development of our employees.
