This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced clinical environment and delivers excellent patient care.
In Sydney, we have rooms in Chatswood, Dee Why and Frenchs Forest, and we also have clinics operating in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
This role is in our Chatswood clinic.Fast-Paced, Friendly TeamKey ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients and assist patient enquiries in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.Manage specialist appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.Process specialist referrals, triage enquiries, and liaise with referring practices.Register patients and maintain accurate electronic medical records.Manage billing, Medicare health claims,



and out-of-pocket payments.Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy and compliance standards.Perform administrative duties including scanning, correspondence, managing interstate clinics and inbox management.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a specialist medical or healthcare reception role is preferred.Robust organisational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Confidence using medical software and appointment systems.Knowledge of referral processes, billing, and medical terminology is an advantage.Professional, calm and team-focused approach.What we offerFriendly and supportive specialist team.Competitive remuneration based on experience.Training and ongoing support.Employment type: Full time Monday to Friday.
