About the OpportunityBe first point of contact for 3PL customer service, this role is primarily responsible for organising customer inquiries, shipping orders, assisting at the front counter, and processing documents received from customers.
The position involves coordinating the inbound and outbound movement of goods by maintaining accurate records, updating inventory systems, and ensuring proper documentation.
Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows, while providing ongoing support to both internal teams and external customers in a fast-paced workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing of 3PL customer orders, including data entry, order tracking and closure of orders.Customer Service for 3PL customers.Coordinating the inbound and outbound movement of goods by updating inventory system,
