We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, Partnerships & Industry to build trusted relationships across hospitals, rehabilitation services, medical specialists and the broader healthcare sector, helping more people living with dementia access the right care at the right time.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Industry, you'll become the trusted face of Videri across the healthcare sector.
You will develop meaningful relationships with hospital teams, discharge planners, social workers, medical specialists and healthcare professionals, creating referral pathways that support sustainable occupancy while ensuring every referral receives a seamless, compassionate experience.
This is a relationship-first role where credibility, clinical understanding and commercial thinking come together to make a genuine difference in people's lives.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and strengthen referral relationships across public and private hospitals,



rehabilitation services, GPs and specialist healthcare providers.
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with occupancy priorities.
Identify new referral opportunities and grow existing referral networks.
Partner with Admissions, Clinical and Resident Care teams to ensure a seamless referral journey.
Deliver education sessions, presentations and information forums for healthcare professionals.
Represent Videri at conferences, networking events and industry functions.
Analyse referral activity, conversion data and occupancy trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reporting.

About You
You'll bring:
Experience in healthcare business development, hospital liaison, aged care admissions or clinical relationship management.
A strong understanding of dementia care, aged care and complex clinical pathways.
Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confidence presenting to healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers.




Commercial acumen with a proven ability to achieve referral or occupancy growth.
Excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple internal teams.
Desirable
It would be advantageous if you also have:
Allied Health or other relevant clinical registration.
Experience working within aged care or health services.
Qualifications in Business, Marketing or Leadership.
Experience using CRM systems and analysing referral performance data.

Australian working rights.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Willingness to travel throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.
