This role involves leading the store for short periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store, while continuing to support day-to-day operations on the shop floor.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to stretch their skills, gain leadership experience and take the next step in a retail career, with training and support provided.What you'll be doing:Leading the store during periods when management is not presentSupporting and guiding team members to follow store operational and safety processesAssisting customers and delivering friendly,
