with a strong passion for coffee.Expertise in latte art and coffee-making techniquesExperience working in a high-volume caféStrong communication skills and a team player attitudeOutstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanorThe ability to perform well under pressure in a rapid-paced environmentReliability, professionalism, and a well-presented appearanceResponsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee, tea, frappes, cold beverages, and other café drinks to company standards.Operate, clean, and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders, and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.Dial in espresso daily and adjust grind settings to maintain coffee quality throughout service.Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.Take customer orders, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and EFTPOS payments.
