The Property Supervisor is a unique role, providing hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Kepnock cluster.The position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad-hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in a presentable condition.
This role's responsibilities include overseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites, including a Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village and Home Care site in the Bundaberg area and a School in Hervey Bay.This position requires availability from late June ****.What do you need for the role?
