Some of our participants face vulnerabilities, such as drug and alcohol dependency, unstable housing, and mental health conditions, so your empathetic and solutions focused approach will be crucial.This role will be based at ourLismoresite and is a permanent full-time position.
Though this role is advertised for full-time, if you are the right candidate, we may consider part-time positions.Your responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer service whilst building strong rapport with participantsAddressing, managing,



and overcoming participant barriers to employmentLinking in with other community services to address barriersEnsuring participant adherence to compliance requirements and guidelinesSourcing suitable jobs for participants and / or motivating them to actively secure their own employmentProviding Post Placement Support after commencement of employmentWhy JoinTURSA?
