As a leader in the sector, we are deeply committed to excellence, inclusion, engagement, and integrity in everything we do—whether it's working with children and families, collaborating with communities, or supporting our skilled and dedicated staff teams.About the Role:We are seeking applicants with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is able to draw upon a range of leadership strategies to engage with different teaching teams and committees.
Your knowledge and experience in a range of early childhood areas including pedagogy and practice, inclusion, wellbeing, curriculum and strategic planning are key in being able to successfully support and inspire service based teams.
Contemporary knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a practical understanding of curriculums and the NQS is essential for this role.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.This is a full time role on a fixed term 12 month contract (maternity leave cover) and requires a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
