Working across a territory spanning from Ashburton to Kaikōura, you'll enjoy a varied role supporting a diverse customer base while working with industry-leading technology. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship,



maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring systems operate reliably and efficiently.Responsibilities:Access Control SystemsInstall, programme, commission, and maintain SALTO access control systemsConfigure and support ICT Protégé GX and WX platformsComplete system upgrades, diagnostics, and fault findingIntegrate access control systems with wider security solutionsAlarm SystemsInstall, configure, and service Ajax wireless alarm systemsProgramme hubs, detectors, and user applicationsComplete system upgrades, troubleshooting, and customer supportCCTV & Intercom SystemsInstall and maintain IP CCTV systemsInstall and commission IP intercom systemsIntegrate CCTV and intercoms with access control and alarm platformsGeneral DutiesCarry out preventative maintenance and reactive service workProvide customer training and system handoversComplete service documentation and reportingParticipate in the on-call roster as requiredAlways deliver a high standard of customer serviceSkills and experiencePrevious experience in electronic access & alarm security systems, installation and servicingExperience working with access control, CCTV, and alarm systemsExperience with SALTO and/or ICT systems highly regardedStrong networking knowledge, including IP-based systemsExcellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsCurrent NZ Driver Licence"
