The role is on-site with DIDO/FIFO or relocation allowances as needed.You will implement IR strategies, advise on industrial relations issues, and support in office management and unions to achieve productive outcomes.
The successful candidate will hold a White Card, complete medicals, and bring 3–5 years of IR experience across multi-site environments within the industrial or resources
