We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Tarocash ROBINA - QLD Store.As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service.
This is a full-time position based in our Tarocash ROBINA - QLD Store.What you'll be doingManage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer serviceOversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handlingDevelop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experienceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirementsCollaborate with your area manager to identify and implement best practicesProvide coaching and development opportunities for the store teamMonitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvementWhat we're looking forProven experience as a successful Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industryExcellent leadership and people management skills,
