This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, building meaningful connections, and supporting clients to live fulfilling, independent lives.About the RoleYou'll work both in office in our Maroubra office and out in the community, supporting clients in individual and group settings.
Evening shifts often include group outings where clients come together to enjoy fun, social activities.Monday to Wednesday group 9am - 4pmThursday / Friday - FAKAJ and community access.Preference for candidate to work in office 4 days a week.
Experience or ability to plan and organise sessions.What We're Looking ForWhile full training will be provided, we're seeking someone who brings strong transferable skills, such as:Excellent communicationStrong organisation and planningTeamwork and collaborationAdaptability in fast‐paced environmentsProblem‐solving abilitiesEffective time managementExperience working with people and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment will be highly valued.About you...We seek a self‐motivated and friendly individual with:Essential Criteria:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Current First Aid Certificate.Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.Strong computer literacy skills.Ability to work within Royal Rehab's value‐based framework upholding the values of honesty, respect, working together and innovative thinking.Robust understanding of the Disability Standards, and the ability to translate these standards into practice.Self‐motivated individuals with a positive can‐do attitude.Experience in working with customers with a range of physical,
