This role offers the opportunity to work across existing panel clients while also growing your own network and market presence.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment delivery across contract and permanent rolesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesDevelop and manage client relationships (existing + new)Lead contract negotiations and offer managementContribute to tender responses and panel engagementsRepresent Unearth Talent at industry and networking eventsAbout You1–5+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)Strong understanding of the Canberra marketExperience working in Government recruitment or labour hireOutcomes focusedAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll GetPermanent, full-time opportunityAccess to established Government panels and clients
