We have an exciting chance for a full-time Electronics Operator to join our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) team.Employment Type: Full-TimeHourly Rate: $*****What you'll doOperate SMT production equipment safely and efficientlyPerform through-hole soldering to IPC standardsOperate selective soldering and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipmentCarry out PCBA assembly, inspection and rework to a high standardEnsure accuracy by self-checking work and minimising errorsReplenish components and materials, and complete job changeovers smoothlyAccurately record task times against Production OrdersMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work areaSupport minor maintenance activities as requiredAssist with other tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors and managersQualificationsExperience or knowledge of electronic components and assembly processesBackground in electronics manufacturing (highly regarded)Strong manual dexterity, with the ability to handle small,
