We are seeking a motivated and reliableCustomer Service Representative to join our Coffs Harbour Branch.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Greet customers on arrivalAssist customers with bookings and service inquiriesProcess Repair Orders and InvoicesLiaise with Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Salespersons, and other internal staff membersCommunicate with customers and relay accurate informationTo be successful for this role you will need:Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervisionExcellent Customer Service and Communication SkillsBe organised and proactiveDriver's LicenseExperience using Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookHigh level of ambitionQuick thinking and problem solving skillsWillingness to learn,
