As part of our in-house Design Team, you'll work client-side across the full project lifecycle, supporting the team in delivering high‐quality interior design outcomes across all project stages, from concept through to site delivery.
You'll join a passionate, cooperative and experienced team that blends creativity with commercial insight to deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces.Key Responsibilities:Support the Design Team in delivering high‐quality interior design outcomes across all project stages, from concept through to site deliveryCoordinate and manage interior design scopes for assigned projects in collaboration with the Design Manager and Project TeamsReview and assess interior drawings, unit layouts, joinery, consultant documentation, and specifications to ensure functionality, compliance, and alignment with design standardsDevelop and present cohesive interior concepts, including finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, artwork, signage, and stylingEnsure all design selections meet brand, quality, performance, and budget requirementsContribute to marketing phases, including render reviews and styling for photography and award submissionsManage FF&E; packages, including quoting, procurement, delivery, and installationSupport site delivery through inspections, RFIs, and resolution of design issuesCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across development, construction, sales, marketing, and customer careAssist in maintaining design guidelines, preferred product specifications,
