You'll report to our General Manager directly within a supportive team that moves quickly and does things right.Key responsibilitiesManagement of a residential portfolioRoutine inspections, entry and exit reports, and condition managementMaintenance coordination including triage, quotes, approvals,



contractor management, and follow‐upRent arrears management with clear communication, action plans, and escalation where requiredOwner communications with updates, recommendations, and an asset‐performance mindsetCompliance and documentation including notices, renewals, timeframes, and record keepingResolve issues calmly and professionally with tenants, owners, and contractorsTribunal preparation and support when required depending on experienceTHE IDEAL PERSONYou're organised, confident with people, and proud of delivering a genuinely professional PM experience.
