As they continue to expand their civil construction capability, they are committed to safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes-valuing practical leadership, strong relationships and a hands‐on approach to problem‐solving.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to lead operational delivery across multiple civil construction projects while ensuring works are planned, resourced and delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
This is a hands‐on leadership role combining operational management, planning and commercial responsibility.Reporting directly to the Business Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting Foremen,



Operators and LabourersLeading and coordinating daily operations across multiple civil construction projectsScoping works, undertaking site assessments and developing delivery methodologiesPreparing estimates, pricing and coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractorsMonitoring project performance, quality and delivery while promoting a strong safety cultureAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Minimum 5 years' experience in civil constructionA Full New Zealand Driver Licence and WTR endorsementsExperience scoping, planning and pricing civil construction worksProven experience leading crews and coordinating civil works projectsStrong understanding of earthworks, drainage, utilities, excavation, reinstatement, pavements or general civil infrastructureWhat's in it for You?
