nursing home and residential aged care facilities.
The role is 10 hours per week and you will work two 5 hour days.
Extra shifts and on call are available.The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting hands on support, working within compliance and support plans to meet the needs of the sisters.
They will also liaise with other health professionals and multi-disciplinary teams in order to meet service delivery goals.Critical to the success of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people with the focus on service and ensuring our participants comfort and dignity.You will be driving approximately *****km per week and will be in Ryde, Eastwood, Marsfield, Glebe, Baulkham Hills, Blacktown, Merrylands , Croydon and Ashfield areas so confidence on the road with reliable vehicle, car insurance and current license essential.
You will be reimbursed with a car allowance covering all costs.Ideal Experiences and QualificationsExperienced EN or RNMinimum of 3- 5 years experience in an acute care environmentAbility to work independently with effective communication, initiative, problem solving and time management skillsAustralian Permanent ResidentCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseFirst Aid/CPR CertificateIdeally a Certificate in Aged CareOwn insured vehicleAs a permanent member of staff you will qualify for excellent above average salary, annual and sick leave entitlements plus 12% superannuation plus 17.5% leave loading.
