Life Insurance Claims Assessment is where professional judgement meets real human impact.When someone can no longer work due to illness or injury, you step in to help them navigate their claim.
You will:Review insurance policies and supporting documentationAssess medical, financial and personal informationApply policy terms and relevant guidelinesMake explicit, fair decisions and explain outcomes with careYour work will help protect more than 5 million Australians, providing certainty and support when they need it most.The Opportunity:Many of our strongest Claims Consultants have built their careers in structured, regulated environments.
