The AR team's job is to ensure the company receives the payment in a timely manner and record these transactions accordingly in order to have a strong cash inflow.You will be responsible for:Raising invoices including creating consolidated invoicesDebt collection including making collection calls and managing overdue accountsAid or resolve (where applicable)



customer enquiriesAllocations and receipting including entry of cash receipts and chequesObtaining approvals for credit notes and entering these in our systemReconciling accountsSending regular statements via email on a weekly/monthly basisMonitor and respond to a large volume of customer queries (both via phone and email)Liaising with managers to resolve client account queriesProvide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers in all forms of communicationOther duties as requiredAbout You:1+ years' experience in a similar role.An enthusiastic and positive approach with excellent communication skills – written/oralExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and sense of urgencyIntermediateExcelWillingness to be part of a team.Prior experience working with Dynamics, particularly D365 would be a distinct advantageWhat we offerYou'll be joining a company dedicated to a culture that is fun, friendly, supportive, and respectful.
