Our Head office is located in Mount Pritchard and supports businesses nationally.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a capable and driven Analyst to join our team on a full time basis at Mounties, in Mount Pritchard.Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance product performance and support strategic decision making.More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:Analyse gaming product performance, player behaviour, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risksPartner with stakeholders to gather and turn business and data requirements into meaningful analytical outputsDevelop and maintain robust dashboards and automated reporting using Power BIPerform complex data extraction, validation, and querying using MySQLApply advanced analytics and AI techniques for forecasting,
segmentation, and trend analysisTranslate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiencesContinuously improve data processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologiesABOUT YOUTo be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:Extensive understanding of gaming products, performance metrics, player behaviour, and regulatory considerationsStrong analytical capability with experience working on large, complex datasetsProven ability to gather, analyse, and translate business and data requirements into actionable insightsProficiency in MySQL for data extraction, validation, and complex queryingAdvanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX measures, dashboard design, and automated reportingExperience applying AI or advanced analytics for forecasting, segmentation, trend analysis, or process optimisationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindsetWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
