Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and achieving sales growth targets across your allocated region.
Duties will include:Driving sales growth by identifying, targeting and securing new customersManaging opportunities in the field and maintaining an active sales pipelineSupporting sales forecasting and planning activitiesRecording all sales activities accurately and in a timely mannerMonitoring quote conversion rates,



margins and adherence to pricing policiesPreparing and submitting quotations in line with company process and approval limitsProviding after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessIdentifying re-engagement opportunities with previous customersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date reporting through CRM systemsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer deliveryAttending sales meetings and contributing to business strategy discussionsProviding market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedbackWhat are the requirements?
Previous experience in a Business Development or Direct Sales roleProven ability to achieve and exceed sales revenue targetsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with CRM systems (Pronto or Salesforce highly regarded)Energetic, self-motivated and results-focused mindsetValid Australian driver's licenceAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesWhat are the benefits on offer?
