You will create tenders from first principles, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and analyse risks from plans and programs to estimate costs for projects up to $15m.Successful candidates will have engineering or QS degrees, NSW market knowledge, and experience across current builds, fit-outs and refurbishments.
