This is a diverse and fast-paced full-time role basedpredominantly in Orange, NSW, local applicants are encouraged to apply however DIDO and FIFO opportunities are available.
You'llwork closely with teams across Project Management, Project Supervision, Estimating, Finance, and People & Culture.ResponsibilitiesManage theavailabilityand effective utilisation of plantand equipmenton major projects.Regularly review operations andlogisticstoidentifyareas of improvement and opportunity to increase profit and/or reduce costs whilst still meeting service and delivery requirements.Build relationships with project teams to ensure SEECivil &SEE; Fleetare working closely to achieve project goals.Responsible and accountable to develop and implement asset maintenance schedules to ensure the effective utilisation of company-owned plant, fixed and mobile crushers,screens and light vehicles.Ensure all repairs, service and maintenance is being performed to quality standards in compliance with OEM specifications,budgetand schedule, as well as the relevant legislation and standards.Build andmaintainpositive work relationships within the workshop and help foster a supportive working environment.Responsible for reinforcing company policies and adherence to company standards by all workshop team members.Essential Skills and AttributesExperience in a similar role with civil and/or mining equipment.Proven management skills,practicesand planning ability.Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects.Establishing andmaintainingeffective working relationships.Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivateothers.Ability to design and implement relevant systems that would underpin safe and efficient workshop operations.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Women and People of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island heritage are strongly encouraged to apply.Interestedto learnmore about SEE Group?
