We are looking for an ambitious Project Architect who is looking to step up and take ownership for delivering challenging and interesting projects across a range of sectors including Education, Health + Science, and Commercial.Ideally, you have both strong design and delivery skills and the ability to take a project from end to end, including managing teams, clients, and consultants.
Your people skills and teamwork approach are as key to us as your design and technical skills, and we are seeking people who are passionate about design and driven to produce superior design outcomes.You will need to have a solid understanding of Revit and be able to produce and assist with thorough and considered documentation packages.General DutiesPlay an active role in the delivery and management of projects from all stages; concept design to contract administrationManage the day-to-day operations of projects,



updating Partners when necessaryAbility to create and review drawings in Revit; including checking and marking up drawings and reviewing team members' drawings and documenting projects if neededLeading and working in cohesive teamsLiaise with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholdersContributing to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff membersAbout youWe are looking for an experienced Architect who can apply their strong design, design development and construction knowledge into something that is inspiring yet functional.To be successful in this role you will needDemonstrated high level of expertise in Revit5 - 10 years Architectural ExperienceDemonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handoverDemonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design teamExtensive experience in design development and construction detailing in Healthcare, Commercial or Education sectors will be highly regardedCapacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as requiredRendering and visualisation skills will also be highly regarded
