About the role
Prospecting and growing Bayset's sales and GP margin in your region
Maintaining regular and efficient service to customers in your territory & beyond
Striving for constant improvement in; knowledge, service application, technical know-how, efficiency, and genuine behavior while adding value to Bayset and your customers businesses
Using technical competence to assess situations
Preparing quotes and tenders in accordance with company sales and pricing policy
Support the Kunda Park branch team to deliver a high level of customer experience & service
About you
Trade experience withdemonstrated understanding of the construction, waterproofing, tiling or flooring markets is a must
Experience in sales within the construction industry will be highly regarded
Outstanding track record in sales
Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed sales,



business development and negotiation skills
Able to work with Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and CRM
Have a current Australian Driver's License
A positive attitude with a desire to work with like-minded people
You meet challenges with solution-based opportunities
Comfortable in liaising with all levels of decision makers
A genuine can-do team player, reliable and energetic, with an ability to work autonomously
A strong aptitude for marketing and sales in the flooring industry
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills
