Project Coordinator - Enterprise TransformationAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a large enterprise transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.Supporting a project leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective governance, reporting and coordination across a complex delivery environment.This role would suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation programs and understands the importance of strong governance and stakeholder communication.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinate project governance activitiesMaintain RAID logs, actions and dependency registersPrepare Steering Committee and governance packsCoordinate project reporting and status updatesAssist with planning, scheduling and resource coordinationTrack project milestones and deliverablesSupport financial tracking and project administrationWork closely with project managers and business stakeholdersTo succeed in this role,



you will offer:Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within enterprise transformation programsStrong governance and reporting experienceExcellent organisational and communication skillsExperience maintaining RAID logs and project documentationExposure to Agile and/or traditional project deliveryBanking or Financial Services experience will be highly regardedExperience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools is desirable.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a major enterprise transformation program supporting senior project and program leaders.
