Wingboy is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Haymarket location!

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff
Ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experiences
Assist in managing inventory, costs, and sales targets
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in restaurant
Strong leadership and team coordination skills




Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Positive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Must have the correct visa to work in Australia
Must hold First Aid certification
