We are open 7 Days per week from early till late and have several positions available.What you'll be doingPreparing and cooking high-quality meals to our customers' satisfactionEnsuring all dishes are prepared in accordance with our recipes and presentation standardsMaintaining a clean, protected and organised kitchen environmentCollaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experienceAdhering to all food safety and hygiene regulationsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience working as a Chef in a similar fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environmentDemonstrated skills in preparing a variety of cuisines and dishesStrong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressureProfessional work ethic and positive attitudeExcellent time management and multitasking skillsA passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experienceFlexible availability including weekend work is essentialCurrent Food Safety certificate or equivalent
