dedicated to delivering high quality education and care.You have, or are willing to obtain all required checks or certificates.Key Responsibilities:Develop communication channels: Build strong, open lines of communication with staff, children and families.Daily Learning: Guide and support children in their learning journey.Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of educators to provide high quality early childhood education and care.Compliance: Adhere to our service policies and procedures, as well as legislation and regulations.Child Safety: Committed to ensure that Child Safety Standards are embedded in everyday practicesRequirements:Must be Diploma qualified - room leader experience an advantage.Working with Children Check/Police checkFluent in English - in both written and verbal communication.Must have proven experience with in an early learning setting with babies/children aged 0-3 years.Must have great leadership skills and the passion to strive for a higher role.Must be competent in all aspects of documentation of children's learning.Must have First Aid Certificate, Asthma Training and Anaphylaxis CertificateMust have Foundations of Child Safety TrainingMust have Food Handling Certificate~ Keen Kiddies is committed to Child Safety ~
