Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pmEmployment: Casual (3 days per week)Pay: Casual award rate + depending on experience levelWe are a family-owned caravan park looking for a reliable, practical, and hands-on Maintenance All-Rounder to join our small team.No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and takes pride in keeping a property well maintained.About the RoleYour work will include a broad range of maintenance tasks, including:General repairs and maintenance to cabins and park facilitiesLawn mowing, whipper snipping,



and general grounds maintenanceDriving tractors and other equipment (including confident reversing)Sorting and managing rubbish and recycling areasBasic carpentry and household-style repairsTroubleshooting maintenance issues and finding practical solutionsIdentifying jobs that need attention and prioritising tasks to manage your workloadAssisting with general upkeep of the park as requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Is a genuine all-rounder with solid practical skillsCan work independently with minimal supervisionIs confident managing their own workload and prioritiesHas a proactive attitude and notices what needs doingIs reliable, easy-going, and works well as part of a small teamIs physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather conditionsHolds a current driver's licenceDesirable (but not essential)Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:WeldingBasic plumbingBasic electrical workMachinery operationPrevious caravan park, facilities maintenance, or property maintenance experienceIf you're someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
