About the role
You'll play a key role in keeping transport operations running smoothly by providing administrative support to the transport team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating driver paperwork and transport documentationData entry and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with drivers,



customers and internal departmentsScheduling and updating transport informationAssisting with PODs and freight documentationGeneral administration and customer service duties
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a transport, logistics or warehouse administration roleStrong data entry and computer skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureExperience with transport management systems (highly regarded)A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
