We are the Millbrook family and take great pride in being one of Current Zealand's best places to work.OverviewMillbrook Resort has an iconic and award winning 36-hole champion golf course, which is renowned as world-class in terms of design, beauty and is well-known for co-hosting the NZ Open.As key members of our Golf Operations team, this role is one of the first points of contact for golfers visiting the resort.
From managing bookings and retail sales to assisting guests before and after their round, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable golf experience.
You will also support the day-to-day operation of the golf shop and practice facilities, helping maintain the high standards Millbrook is known for.What will your day look like?
Welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service throughout their golf experienceManaging golf bookings, enquiries and reservations via phone, email and in personProcessing retail purchases and payments accuratelyProviding guests with information about the golf course, facilities and servicesSupporting the day-to-day operation and presentation of the golf shopAssisting with merchandising, stock presentation and retail salesPreparing golf carts,



practice facilities and guest equipmentCollecting guest feedback and helping create memorable experiencesSupporting golf events and tournaments when requiredMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of golf facilities and equipmentWhat makes you right for the role?
You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceYou are a confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitudeYou are organised, reliable and able to manage multiple prioritiesYou enjoy working as part of a team while also using your initiativeYou have strong attention to detail and take pride in your workYou enjoy engaging with people from all walks of lifePrevious hospitality, retail or customer service experience would be advantageousA knowledge of golf would be beneficial, although not essentialYou are available to work weekends and public holidays as requiredExperience with booking systems and point-of-sale systems would be an advantageDriver's license is advantageousLocation: Arrowtown, QueenstownHours: Full-time fixed term (our summer season runs between August and May, with options to transfer to permanent full time available)Working at MillbrookWe believe our people are our greatest asset and love recognising and rewarding our team.
