The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, conducting research, developing prototypes, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about user experience, visual design, problem-solving, and creating meaningful digital experiences that support education, consulting, and business innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
Identify user pain points and design solutions that improve overall user experience.Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to communicate product concepts.
Analyze user feedback and continuously improve digital experiences.
Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations.Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Create high-fidelity mockups, UI components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
Develop layouts, typography, color schemes, icons,
and visual elements.Maintain design consistency across multiple platforms and products.
Translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing teams, and business stakeholders.
Participate in product planning, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.Support digital transformation initiatives and online platform improvements.
Review implemented designs and provide recommendations for optimization.Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Contribute creative ideas to improve customer engagement and digital experiences.QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, web design, or related roles is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methods, usability testing, and interaction design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows,
and design systems.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Ideal CandidateThink from the user's perspective and solves problems through design.
