As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Secondary Years will provide strategic educational leadership, nurture a strong pastoral culture and commitment to wellbeing through the development of programs and community events, and manage secondary school operations in alignment with our strategic plan, vision and mission.This is a full-time position commencing in **** or sooner by negotiation.About YouYou will:Have a strong understanding of Christian education.Understand the importance of positive relationships and culture in a Christian school setting.Be highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills.Be an experienced and dedicated leader who is committed to your own personal and professional development.Have a vision for excellence in all that you do that inspires staff,
