Carrying out maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner to support reliable plant operationsSupporting production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain continuity of supplyIdentifying and resolving equipment issues to reduce breakdowns and repeat failuresMaintaining accurate records within the SAP maintenance management systemMonitoring plant and equipment condition to improve reliability and performanceSupporting the operation of continuous process plant systemsManaging spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance activitiesCoordinating maintenance work, including contractors, in line with safety requirementsWhat makes you greatExperience working as a Maintenance Fitter (minimum 5 years)Strong mechanical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilityExperience conducting risk assessments and working within safe systems of workFamiliarity with Permit to Work systemsExperience in the gas industry or a similar industrial environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamWhy you will love working with usAt Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
