Key dutieswill include:SupportingProject Managers with project documentation, scheduling, reporting and projectplansCoordinatingadministrative and financial processes including invoices,



purchase orders andexpense trackingAssistingwith procurement activities and supplier coordinationLiaisingwith clients, contractors and stakeholders regarding project requirements anddeliverablesCoordinatingproject resources, materials and equipment requirementsActingas a communication link between project teams, suppliers and stakeholdersMonitoringproject progress and preparing status updates and reportsOrganisingmeetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking action itemsSupportingmultidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and deliverablesMaintainingaccurate project records and documentation in line with company proceduresThisposition is ideally suited to a recent graduate or early-career professionallooking to gain hands‐on experience supporting the delivery of a large-scaleinternational construction project.
