You'll support subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards,



track progress and keep everything moving efficiently on site.This is a lead‐from‐the‐front role - ideal for someone who takes ownership, is highly organised and enjoys motivating others.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading daily site activities, including daily start‐ups and work coordinationSupporting subcontractors to work safely, efficiently and productivelyDriving high standards of safety, quality and workmanshipTracking and documenting works, including daily site diariesManaging defects and rectification with clear documentation and photosIdentifying hazards and stopping unsafe work when requiredAssisting with project programming, site setup and ongoing coordinationLiaising with Certifiers, Fire Engineers and the wider project teamContributing ideas to improve site performance and delivery outcomesAbout YouAt least 4+ years' experience in high end Class 1 projectsGood communicator who can build strong working relationships on siteEnjoy leading, mentoring and supporting others
