We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cafe Supervisor / All-Rounder to join our team at Eling Forest Cafe in the Southern Highlands.
This role is especially significant to us — we need someone who can confidently run the cafe and supervise the team when the owner is not present.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of the cafe, including opening and closingLeading and supervising a small team to deliver excellent customer serviceMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygieneManaging stock, controlling costs, and minimising wasteBasic equipment maintenanceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious cafe or hospitality experience,
