ABOUT THE ROLE:Handle FCL / LCL / Airfreight import shipments from PO Placement and management through to delivery and billing.Manage customer accounts and build client relationshipsEnsure Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, and concerns as well as develop new opportunities in different trade lanes,
