Medical Secretary @ North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine CentreA busy Orthopaedic practice based out of the Mater Hospital is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with a can-do attitude.
The successful person will become part of a close-knit team of three who work together to provide care and support for our patients.Working on a four-week rotating roster.
You will be required to work:Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and FridayWeek 2 - Monday, Tuesday and WednesdayWeek 3 - Monday, Tuesday and WednesdayWeek 4 - Tuesday, Wednesday,



Thursday and FridayThe successful candidate will receive on the job training for a smooth transition and handover.In order to be considered for this role you must have:A medical background or previous experience in a similar Medical Receptionist roleYou have managed the reception duties of a very rapid paced medical clinic, including invoicing and receipting for patientsExperience with Genie/ Gen2 or other practice software is desirableIntermediate computer skills and high attention to detail in everything that you doAbility to accurately multi taskExcellent customer service skills and personal presentationExcellent people skills and you relate well to patients, staff and other health care professionalsWillingness to learn and be a team playerHoliday cover when requiredOwn transport is essentialNo recruitment companies.NSOSMC provide staff lunch once a month which is a great way to catch up with the team!
