They need an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to provide the data and reporting backbone for this transformation - turning complex data sets into the insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.The environment This is a genuine BI function inside a transformation program, not a steady-state reporting role.
You'll be working across legacy technological systems, so data quality and governance are live problems, not assumptions.
You'll work closely with Associate Directors, feeding market and performance data directly into strategic planning.What you'll be doingYou'll own the full data lifecycle for reporting - analysing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, modelling, cleansing and organising data for analytics use, and building dashboards,



visualisations and reports that make findings clear to non-technical stakeholders.
You'll implement data quality checks and governance practices, track and report on the impact of data-driven initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve data processes and tooling.
You'll also provide training and support to end users, building data literacy across the organisation.Essential RequirementsProven experience building dashboards, reports and data visualisations in a BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)Strong SQL and data modelling / data cleansing skillsDemonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersExperience implementing or upholding data quality and governance standardsComfortable working with legacy systems and managing competing stakeholder prioritiesGovernment or similarly regulated workplace experience preferredPlease note that only applicants with full Australian work rights will be considered.
