You will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.Working a 7/7 roster and reporting to the Production Superintendent, your duties will include:Real time dispatching of mining equipment and personnel to ensure productive use of resourcesEnsuring our Fleet Monitoring systems and tools are used to their full capacityThe ability to prioritising between conflicting demandsAdvanced understanding of the Haul Cycle and continuous improvement strategiesExperience with Short Interval Controls and plan deviation managementExcellent knowledge of mining process and systemsThe ability to meet and exceed production and delivery targetsLiaising with mining and maintenance personnel and other stakeholdersExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsHigh level of computer literacyExcellent problem solving skills and logical aptitudeAbout youExperience controlling large fleets in a mining control roleCommitment to Health & SafetyAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAble to follow procedures and protocols whilst seeking improvement opportunitiesExcellent communication and computer skillsAbility to multi-taskwhilst remaining focusedWorking in a dynamic, collaborative team environmentWhat's on offerAt Thiess,
