You'll be supported by a culture that values collaboration, professional growth, and wellbeing.About the roleIn this dynamic and rewarding position, you will:Provide specialist one-on-one counselling, support, and advocacy for children and adults who have experienced recent or historical sexual assault.Deliver crisis response within the Tamworth Hospital Emergency Department, coordinating care for individuals who have been recently assaulted.Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, NSW Police, and the Department of Communities and Justice to ensure clients receive holistic, timely, and compassionate support.You'll work alongside a supportive team of Sexual Assault Counsellors and allied health professionals who share your commitment to person-centred, trauma‐informed care.What we offerTo ensure you feel connected, confident, and supported, you'll have access to:Comprehensive orientation and ongoing supervision (individual and cultural)A dedicated Professional Lead and experienced Level 3 Social Workers for guidance and mentorshipRegular CPD days, peer learning,
