You will partner with Integrated project team to develop project plans and create cost and schedule baselines.
You will prepare and publish metrics and reports.
You will analyse variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams.
Your findings will drive decisions to improve the project/program performance impacting one or more site locations.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain the project/program schedule in the scheduling tool (MS Project, P6, PMIS) using WBS strategyCreate and maintain project resource requirements in the scheduling toolPerform Monthly Schedule Analytics and Schedule Risk AssessmentsAccurate and timely external customer submittals that meet contract data requirementsMeasure and monitor monthly the program's progress, earned value (EVM) and performance (CPI, SPI)Support and Analyse project risk management/change managementAnalyse cost and schedule variance versus baseline and identify root cause and recommend corrective actionsMaintain schedule and track milestonesPrepare and publish metrics and financial reportsAnalyse project performance through cost and schedule integrationSupport Project Forecasting, Project Reviews, Monthly Progress Reporting to Internal/External CustomersApply EVM (Earned Value Management) techniques to Project/Program,



S CurvesEnsure effective communication and partner with the Project Team (internal/external) to build relationshipsMonitor and Report Compliance as per GPMO requirementsEnsure compliance with relevant SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) controlsKey Experience & Capabilities4+ years' experience as a Program SchedulerBachelor's degree in business or economics, Finance, Math, or related fieldSME (Subject Matter Expert) in MS Project, P6 or PMIS schedulingAdvanced knowledge of Earned Value ManagementExperience with external customer interfacingPreferred QualificationsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationAbility to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audienceUser experience of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsiga)Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics managementProject Management certification or Project Schedule Professional (PMI-SP)Who We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
